Sound problem

Hello,
i got a branded acer LCD computer but there waz no audio instalization in the system as i can watch only vedios,but i got two outer speakers for the same purpose as some of my colleauge told me that u can download it from google but i tried a lot aftr that too no audio device found plz suggest me wt to doooo.

hello, what is the model of the acer laptop? Normally the model and version is written below, next to the code bar
