Hello,
Try this 1
1) Check if there is any autorun.inf file in the drive
Click on the below link and download the file
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/5911-autorun-exterminator/
Extract it --> Double-click on "AutorunExterminator". This will delete the autorun.inf files from all the drives.
Note : Make sure Dot Net Framework is installed in your PC
Or
You can delete the autorun.inf file by following the below instructions
Click on Start --> In search box, type cmd and press Enter. Command Prompt will be opened.
Since you are having problem with the D drive enter the below commands
attrib -h -r -s d:\autorun.inf ---> Press Enter
del d:\autorun.inf ----> Press Enter
Note:You can copy the above command --> Right-click in the Command Prompt and paste it.
Now try to open your D drive
Good Luck

Hello,
Follow the above instructions and let me know about it. Try the AutorunExterminator. Sometimes
it happens because of the autorun.inf file. By using AutorunExterminator it deletes the autorun.inf
files from all the drives. After running that application try to open by the drive by double-clicking on it.
Good Luck
