Hello,
A colleague of mine has a laptop, when ever he starts it, it gets to the windows loading screen, and then switches off, and it happens sometimes once, sometimes twice, and generally the third time it starts properly. he is using alienware themes, windows XP. Any Help Please.
Thank you in advance.

Hello Sir,
You just have to restore the windows system to an earlier date,
To do system restore:
Press F8 when the laptop starts to get to safe mode
Press Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools ----> System Restore Open it and then select a date when the laptop was working normally,
then press next
Let the process to be done
Restart your machine normally
This will solve the problem
Thanks
