Hello,
i need the settings for mms and internet but my network is vodafone i have called vodafone but they say they do not have the settings for my phone i have a LG KP500

Hello Julie, 

These setting are special for each network operator, i suggest you contact your operator and ask it these information, also they sometime configure the phones for free

if they don't have the setting for

your phone then

just change the sim card to other network that has the setting
