Hello,
my computer have been attacked by unknown virus.my anti virus didn't detect the virus.
later on when i try to on my laptop all the menu are unshown.how i can open my document if the menu is not there.

hi there,

press ctrl+alt+del to get windows task manager

File, new task, typed regedit, clicked ok

go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\

In there I had an explorer.exe folder that I deleted (you may have an

entry in the root of the Image File folder as well.. delete them also).

Rebooted and everything will return back to normal.
