Blank screen, laptop not working

Hello,

my Toshiba laptop this morning was in a black screen, I rebooted it and it said to repair I have repaired but it goes to the options to start normally. When I start normally after the "Microsoft Corporation" load screen its suppose to go to my user log in page, but instead goes to a black screen with my courser that I can move, I have tried to repair it 3 times, restore it to a previous time.

Pls let me know why I am facing this problem.
