My Dell monitor isnt showing any window

Hello,
My Dell monitor isnt displaying any pop up window when i am inserting my" call of duty 2" game cd.I dont know from where to open it ..so please help me.

It may be nothing bad probably what the the autoplay has been disable for the drive, right click on the drive, click properties and check the autoplay tab, check that for mixed type content it is set to prompt me, or to open folder...
