internet speed Closed

Sir i m using the wireless internet connection. on starting it shows speed of 230 kbs/sec. and its dowloading speed is only 5 kbs/sec or 8 kbs/secand some time only 1 kbs/sec. then how to increase my internet speed.
please tell me the solution. i wll be very thankful for this kind act.

no software can increase your connection speed, as it depends on your provider.

i am using Download accelerator plus 9.1 version, but the download  speed is only 8kbps. my wireless internet connection speed is 230kbps. is there any way to increase the download speed.
