Ares Problem

Hello,

My Ares connected and worked normally, but when I turned on the computer next day, I see the stuff that I began to download from the previous days in the transfer section, but nothing happens. None of them will download. And when I search for new stuff to download, the download files will say they're searching but they will never connect.This problem goes away when I uninstall Ares and reinstall it again, but then I loose all the progress I made in downloads. This has been like that for the past couple of days. What do you suggest? Thank you very much for your concern.
