Hello,
i am trying to send a message to hire a caravan when i send the message it asks me for my email server address but i dont know what this means, i can send emails to my friends & family without any problem so why do i need a server to a caravan hire company & can you tell me how to set up a server address MY COMPUTER IS WINDOWS VISTA

how are you sending the mail?

is it from Microsoft outlook

or the website directly?

please give more information
