I got new BSNL broadband connection for my Home PC and they gave me UT-300R2U Modem. Then i create a network connection through new connection wizard by following process-:
welcome to new connection wizard >> click next >> connect to internet >> click next >> set up my connection
manually >> connect using a broadband connection that requires a user name and password >> click next >> then give my isp name Dataone in the isp name field >> then give my user-name and password in the username and password field >> click finish. now coneection is established through dataone. but when i try to connect through this dataone connection it is not able to connect to network.
please give me the details solution of this problem.
