Startup problems with P4

Hello,
My pc keeps restarting and im not 100% sure what to do, changed power supply and ram already, hard drive is working and No virusses are on it. Was thinking about changing the CPU Fan now cause im really lost right now.

I really need urgent help as i would like to sort out this problem.

hi there,

press F8 on boot

this will take you to safe mode

enter password and log in

right click on my computer

then

system properties>

advance tab

go to startup and recovery

then disable automatically restart

hi, the pc dont allow you any time to actually press f8 or do anything else, you cant even go into the bios or anything else.
Any ideas
