Forgot my administrator password.

Hello,
I have a Mac OS X, version 10.5. I forgot my administrator password and want to create a new one. I have a standard account and I cant do anything. Could you please help me out or give me suggestions, serinarios with and without the discs. I have the discs but its not going through the steps it should. Its saying I cant install it without the administrator password and thats what I need. Thanks.

i need to know how do i remove the adminstrator password by code .
