Email wont let me

Hello,

last year i wanted to start up a facebook account but i wasnt old enough, I thought i would wait abit then try it again. i am now turning 14 in the next few month, all my other friends are younger then me and they have all got facebook accounts but my email is still disabled. All I am asking is that you please enable my email so I can have an account. Thank you.
