Hey,
If you have bought this computer under a year ago, I would try calling their tech support. Acer is used to replacing laptop parts, as they know their product isn't reliable.
I had a buddy that bought one of their laptops, and after I think just over a year of using it, it started falling apart, and they replaced lots of components.
Give it a try if you find nothing else!
