How do you get Facebook videos to be in HD?

I've been having problems uploading my video to Facebook and getting it to show in HD.

^ this is a scam. you can't "convert" videos to a higher quality than they already exist at.

You can increase the canvas size and stretch the video to the higher resolution, but the quality will remain the same.

^Flaming Paw is also incorrect.. The Quality will be worse as the Imagesize is larger it is like zooming 200%,,
