Sony vaio recovered loosing all files

Hello,
please my sony vaio recovered to factory settings and i can not see my files. Please, can i kindly get help to recover my files?

Hi Tozo,

You should have had used a system recovery wizard and you would have been able to get your files. Still if you have some continuous troubles, please contact the Sony support team at 1-800-488-SONY for more information.
