how to write programming code in c language in graphics ,
like for to make moving car or to make animated picture code?
 can you please give me above type of programming code in c?

Dear Sir, 

You should be including different libraries at the beginning of the content of the file.

If you continue having troubles though, I would be recommending you to use easier software like Flash.
