Hello,
dear when I open hot mail, nothing is displayed either I cant send email from my other id.
whats the solution of this problem , this is happening after I opened an infected usb on my laptop. also windows media player got corrupted, but my main problem is websits are not displayed.

hi there,

open your browser and delete cookies and clear the cache

and restore your pc to one or two days when that was working perfectly

Hello! For a while now I've been having a strange problem with my laptop. I can connect to the internet, but when I access my browsers such as internet explorer or google Chrome it says that the page cannot be displayed... It also does this for other programs which require the internet such as Steam or Origin... I would think it's just my computer not receiving the internet, however, I can access the internet with the immersive browser just fine, so that tells me that it is indeed connected to the internet. I don't know why those other programs won't connect...

Any attempts to help fix my problem would be much appreciated! Thank you!
