Hello,
Im trying to down my pictures off my boost i776 into my computer i have my usb cord connected but it dosen' t respond please tell me what to do.

Dear Lito,

I believe that there should have been an installation cd that you obtained while purchasing your phone.

This installation kit is important for it contains the PC Suite for the phone.

You will be able to explore your phone through it.
