There could be an eventual problem with the power cable.
Please check out if the power cable is well plugged and if the CPU has proper power supply.
This might be the reason why you are unable to start your PC.
If you are unable to start your PC though, it might be an indication that your power supply cable is damaged.
Otherwise, it could also be a hardware problem where you would have to have it settled through letting your CPU with a computer technician for repairs.
