how to convert a jpeg file into word/text file....plz do inform me as soon as possible

Dear Sir,

It will be impossible to convert jpg files to txt or word files for they don't contain any readable components.

If you are trying to say that there are texts on the image, you will still not be able to convert it since the text will not be detected by the PC.
