How to trace IP add using Ym add Closed

Hello,

Does anybody have an idea how to trace  IP add  of a pervert using his YM or email add. I can get his records thru paid  service/detectives but id rather be contented with your help first if you could.

Dear Sir, 

You will easily obtain the IP address by right clicking on the message and getting in the message source.

You will hence obtain the IP address of the sender.
