Email address lost

Hello,
my son created a msn email account to use with his xbox360, he doesn't remember the secret question nor the email address, isn't there a place on your computer or in the registry that keeps a list of email addresses used?
I have windows xp and vista. if I have the email address then I can figure out the rest
