How to recover data from hard disk?

Please anyone provide me solution for recovering the data from laptop hard disk, if System Restore to its factory condition has already done.

I have also recovery disk to restore Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit. But how to restore data after installing the vista in to the laptop.
