Hello,

I have problem in my PC, cause when want to save my file in my USB or another external harddisc I cant save that file. in my monitor masage "write protection".... how i can solve that problem, can you help...

Dear Sir,

You should make sure that you have plugged in the cable in the right port and check whether the

cable is not damaged. There will hence be a connection in between the two disks. This will allow

you to transfer the files. This should solve your problem.
