Hello,
when i use skype my microphone dose not work but i can hear the voice from my headphone and when i go to the recording test my microphone dose not work please help me how to solve it

Dear Sir,

Please get to the sound control panel and activate the microphone by accessing to the properties.

This is perhaps deactivated.

There is also a possibility that the microphone is not working properly due to damaged wires.

Please try using another headset, it should work.
