Hello,
i just recently got a laptop 2 months ago and it decided not to work so i tock it to southampton branch on the 29 of last month the tecguys said it would take 2 to 5 days i only found out 2 days ago that they kept it for a further 3 days before sending it for repairs and 400 quid doesnt seen much but it is my busness and all the time ita away iam losing money
