Acer Recovery disc Closed

Question

Hello, ive been trying for a few days to burn off the default settings for my acer aspire 5738Z but. i am unable to .... everytime i attempt to burn an error comes up with both the factory settings and drivers..... i tired to burn with both cds and dvds and both failed and i've already tried using the burner with both so i know it's not the burner malfunctioning...........so i was wondering if there were special dvds or cds that are to be used or if i should just contact the company or is there an alternate method by which i can attain the settings..........

Dude,
           You need to goto the Acer website and order a recovery disk:

             www.support.acer.com

            A downloaded version you get off the net will not get past the partition that was built into your system.
