Hi,

Thanks for solving my problems but i have another one. It would be grateful if you could help me on this one. I have received an important business mail but it i received in the junk mail. I have a hotmail account and i am unable to read it. could you please help me on this matter.

Hi Deshmuk,

It is easy to read it. You will find a selection at the top of the page saying "Mark as Safe".

Just click on it and the mail will automatically be sent to your inbox.

You hence will have to get in your inbox to read it.
