Recovery disk

Hello,
I can only log on to my computer in safe mode. and every now and then it will let me go to the normal settings but when I'm on the normal settings I try to make a recovery disk and it won't let. I don't know if its because its an Acer or what? I was wondering what should I do about this problem?

It is very easy to make a recovery disk but you should give

details of your Operating System. This is very essential for

solving your problem.
