Diskette drive 0 seek failure

Hello,
I have a DEll Inspiron 530 that has the diskette drive 0 seek failure problem. But nothing will happen when i press F1 or F2. So how do I get into any Menue..I cant change anything.

Can you access the BIOS? Many BIOS have an option to disable the Floppy seek function.
