Possible to import pdf data onlin into excel?
Solved/Closed
Hello,
Does anyone know if it is possible to import pdf data from the internet into excel? Or do I need a special adobe acrobat program to do so?
Basically, I need to be able to automatically refresh data connected to pdf's online so that I can use that data in pivot tables. Examples of data I might use are coffee or sugar prices. Would I have any luck?
Thanks to anyone for helping!

I have just created an Excel VBA routine that uses an open source PDF to text conversion utility and then imports data from multiple PDF files based on matching rules into a structured Excel table. You can download and use this for free at https://www.business-spreadsheets.com/forum.asp?t=884
