Hi,
I think i got the solution to this problem. And the solution is:
I tried changing the laptops memory, and i just realized one of the slots where i plug the memory was damaged and after removing the memory from that slot, everything work just fine.
Thank you all for your concern.

Hi,
The only thing i see is the manufactures name (let me call it the splash), it won't even go to windows xp splash. After giving me the manufacturers information and prompting me to either press F2 or F10 to load the BIOS setup and to select the boot meadia, it reaches the dead end, no other progress just leaves me with a blank black screen.
I hope you now understand my problem pal.
Thank you and Cheers!!!
