Hello,
my computer doesn't open the control panel, when i open its shortcut a message apears saying dat the application is not found.Am using window vista -home premium.I need a help on this

Dear Evy,

Are you able to view the files through Windows Explorer?

Yet the most reasonable way to fix this problem will be to

make a backup copy of your database and then to format

your PC and reinstall your operating system.
