Blinking of screen...

Hello,
my vaio laptop's screen always blinks and has become very difficult to work to work on it...plase help me with solutions....

Dear Sir,

This should be because your laptop is overloaded and there

is insufficient virtual memory too. You will be able to solve this

problem through upgrading your RAM memory sticks.
