Keyboard problems

Hello,

Recently I had this problem with my laptop keyboard. Whenever I try to login to my user account, only the backspace, spacebar and enter work.

Even if I do manage to get in, halfway through surfing the net, the keyboard will get jammed and I can't type anything. Sometimes, the keys will get jumbled up. Please help!

Please send it for repair. The problem might be more

complexed that it seems.
