Saving large files Closed

Question

Hello,
I am unable to save files/folders/movies of size 4GB onto my 1TB WD external had drive evn though i have over 700GB space .
what might be the problem

If your external hard drive format is FAT32 then it won't accept files that large. You have to re-format to NTFS, then you'll be able to move you files
