Saving large files

Hello,
I am unable to save files/folders/movies of size 4GB onto my 1TB WD external had drive evn though i have over 700GB space .\r\nwhat might be the problem

Please carry out a scan to see whether the file

is not infected.

If your external hard drive format is FAT32 then it won't accept files that large. You have to re-format to NTFS, then you'll be able to move you files
