Hello,
i format my laptop but i cant see the E: when i open the my computer folder so i am not able to use any CD in my laptop
thanks and i hope to help me as soon as possible because i have to study and work

Please check if the driver has been installed.

If not, please install it in order to access to it.

This will solve your problem.
