Dear Phurpa,
This is very easy. You will have to go to the Control Panel. From there you will easily see Hardware and Sound,
please access to it. Then get to the Device Manager. You will then have to add Sound, Video and Game
Controllers. The next step will be right clicking on the high definition audio and updating it automatically.
