Hello,

Yesterday I uninstalled a couple of programms with "Youruninstaller" and at the option where it searches for leftover files, I deleted all the leftovers. I have done this before but hadn't faced any problem till today. The problem now is that when I open my laptop (or restart), it reches the first Windows XP logo but cannot continue with windows load. I have a WinXP service pack3 disc. I booted the laptop with this cd (in order to use recovery console), the files start loading until the point where it says "windows is loading". But at that point the hard disk and the cd stops working and the screen remains at that point (windows is loading). So I cannot load the windows options from the cd (i.e. windows installation, windows recovery console).

Has anybody faced this situatuion of not being able to reach to the options of the windows installation cd when booting with it?

Dear Sir,

If you are unable to load the CD, please try making a bootable pen drive from the following instructions:

https://ccm.net/computing/windows/843-create-a-bootable-usb-drive/

This should solve your problem.

Thank you.
