Dear Sir,
If WMP was playing well before this message, this might mean that your sound card is getting old and you
need to change it. This might be the solution but before doing it, please uninstall the sound driver and reinstall
and see whether the problem is solved. I would also recommend you to carry out a virus scan for confirming
that there is no worm or malware on your PC. There is also a possibility that the WMP that you are using is
not genuine. Please consider updating it to confirm. If it is blocked, that will obviously mean that it was not a
genuine copy and hence you will have to unistall it and reinstall a genuine copy.
