Why can I not see my films?It did work before

Hello,

I have a Samsung L313 camera, which I have had for a while. I used to be able to take movies and then view them on my laptop. I don't know what I have done but I can only hear the sound and no longer view the movie. Can anyone help me please? I need to be able to fix it in order to do a project for my class.

Dear Sir,

It might be a problem with the application that you are using. Please uninstall it and reinstall it properly.
