Instructions for INQ1 texting required.

Hello,
Having upgraded to an INQ1 'phone recently, I would like to know where I can obtain a set of understandable instructions on how to set the letter-keys for texting. The cards given with the phone are supposed to give me all the information I need. Unfortunately, I'm not interested in internet, Skype,widgets,Ebay or Facebook, so the cards given with the phone are mainly totally useless to me!
