Hello,

When I purchased my computer, they installed both Vista and XP as a dual-boot system. I never really went into Vista since I was using programs that only operated on XP but now I'm getting a message that my XP is not genuine and the only product key I have is for Vista. I can't find my original Vista CD and it now occurs to me that they probably installed Vista as a genuine version and then just added a copy of XP. This not-genuine version is affecting the functionality of my computer but the dual boot option no longer shows up! I have backed up my personal files. Is there a way to wipe the system and install the genuine Vista that i paid for without the CD, but having the sticker on the computer with the Vista product key? Thanks for any help you can provide!

Dear Sir,

It should be resulting from problems with your drives. Please get to the BIOS in order to

activate the drives. This should solve the problem that you are actually having.

Thanks in advance.
