Avira is not updating.

Hello,
when i am trying to update my antivirus then a pop up is opening in which an application error is coming.it is showing like exception in module AVGNT.EXE(09.00.00.12).

Dear Jyoti,

You should check it out whether it is a genuine copy. If it is not an original copy, you won't be able to

update it. Hope that this information has been helpful to you.

Lets face it, what good is an antivirus program that does not update. Not to mention the stupid popup every day.
