32gb adata flash memory

Hello,
i buy 32 gb flash and copy a film in to and data is miss and i can not read data from my flash usb .
i also buy a 400 gb flash memory card and it also have this problem.
is it a real 400 gb flash?
is it a real 32 gb flash?
which way we can solve this problem?

if its still new i will

advise you to return it

to the seller as it may be defective

or you can format it and see results
