Are you formatting the whole disk or a particular drive where O/S is installed?
During O/S installation, some of the files it installed in other drives, too.
Try any other O/S, not the same O/S.

hello,
well if im not misunderstood its the hard disk which is being recognised as an removable disk is it ?
you cannot do anything for that as your hard disk is a sata one and it will be automatically be recognised by windows as that.
