Hello my name is Mark,

I have an intel celeron 2GHz model PC and I am able to get to the Windows Advanced Options Menu. I am not able to reboot with Safe Mode, Normally, or by Reboot. Everything I've tried so far leads me back to a white V class screen and then I f8 back to Adv. Opts Menu. I'd appreciate any advise. I just got PC from a friend and there was no cd and I don't have one to reboot like that.

you must make a system repair

and without windows installation disk

this is not possible
