        i am surinder kumar sharma , i forgotten my id password for sur1610_narayan@hotmail.com . i also forgotten my secret question . please reset my id . and my alternate id is narayan.2004@live.com

You can't reset your ID actually. You can create another one almost similar to it however. I will 

nevertheless advise you to contact the MSN Support Team and explain the problem that you

are having and they might help you in the matter.
